Incorporated in 2011 the German Canadian Directory Inc. is the successor company to the German Canadian Business & Trade Publication, which was establisch in 1990. As the pre-eminent web portal of the Austrian, German, and Swiss business community doing business in Canada, the German Canadian Directory offers extensive listings representing companies in all business sectors. 

Long time owner, publisher, and president of the German Canadian Business & Trade Publication, Eva Wazda has decided to retire and has handed over operations to the next generation of German Canadians to continue to run the directory. Now, Torben Beeg, is President of the German Canadian Directory Inc. / germancanadian.com.

Now, it is still our objective to have and maintain a directory, which lists all GermanCanadian businesses whether well known household names, multinational corporations, public institutions, professional associations, the smallest importer/exporter or individual professionals who are offering specialized services to a GermanCanadian clientele.

In order to focus on updating the web portal germancanadian.com we decided not to spend time on our print publication and have redesigned your experience at germancanadian.com. We believe that we can serve you better with a free online publication of our directory. This will allow every business to be readily sourced and to demonstrate in real time who they are within the GermanCanadian community.
