Every Spring Germany celebrates the arrival of White Asparagus with their annual Asparagus Festival. Borrowing from this rich tradition, the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce is celebrating the White Asparagus Harvest and invite you and your spouse/guest for a four-course menu celebrating their Annual White Asparagus Dinner.

The White Asparagus Dinner has become a classic that you do not want to miss; White Asparagus and selected German wines will be exclusively imported from Germany for you to enjoy. The highlight of this 4 course dinner will be the entrée: delicately prepared fresh white asparagus, new potatoes, Westphalian and roasted ham, melted butter and sauce Hollandaise. The dinner will be accompanied by first-class German wines and premium Krombacher beer.
