1. What Information do we collect?

Information, where the identity of a specific individual or corporate entity cannot be determined, is not Information. The GCDI reserves the right to use aggregated information in any manner deemed appropriate.

The GCDI will only collect Information that you have voluntarily provided to us. The GCDI may obtain and collect your Information through a variety of means. The following are examples of how we may do so:
Completion of Online Listing Information: Users of our website may submit personal information online with respect listings and advertisings.
Completion of Online Job Exchange: Users of our website may submit job offers or job applications online with respect job openings.
Contests and Promotional Events: The GCDI may circulate surveys, promotional and/ or contests. When participating in these on line postings, you may be asked to provide us with Information.
Clickstreaming: Clickstreaming allows a website operator to track the paths that users take.
3. The GCDI limits the collection of Information
With your consent in advance or at the time the information is collected we only collect information required to provide our products and services to you.
4. Disclosure of Information
The GCDI will disclose such information as you authorize us to disclose. The GCDI does not sell any Information collected to third parties.

By providing us with your information your consent to collect, use or disclose the Information for the purpose as specified. Should you wish to withdraw your consent please tell us at the time the information is collected or anytime thereafter.
6. Use of Information within the GCDI
We use Information within the GDCI and may share it with third parties under contract with us or under a legal obligation to provide Information.
Access to and verification of the accuracy of Information
7. You can access your Information to verify, update and correct it, or to remove any obsolete information on line.
8. You may request that we remove your Information from our database at any time.
9. If we obtained information about you from other sources and such information is used by us in our directory listing, you may send us an inquiry and we will inform you how the information came into our possession.
SECURITY
10. The GCDI is committed to maintaining appropriate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to its information storage so as to prevent any loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of Information.
11. The GDCI requires that third party service providers and suppliers are committed to maintaining the privacy of Information.
RETENTION AND DISPOSAL
12. The GCDI will keep Information for as long as authorized by you or specified in our listing requirements.
